The spring, 2008, meeting of the INMS was held on April 18 in the newly opened Simon Hall (Multiscience Building 1) on the IU Bloomington campus. The all-day meeting was split into a group of talks about material science and a group about biology. We also held a series of small discussion groups on a variety of topics. In addition to all this, we had both a poster session in the atrium of Jordan Hall and a "best micrograph" contest. We had about 80 attendees and a number of representatives from our corporate sponsors.
