Spring INMS Meeting May 17, 2014

The Indiana Microscopy Society 2014 Spring Meeting will be held April 17, 2014, 5:30 PM at Purdue University, Birck Nanotechnology Building, 1205 West State Street, Room 1001. Directions below.

We will need a count to plan for the food. Please respond to this e-mail by Tuesday, April 15, if you are planning to attend and include how many will be attending with you.

Program:

5:00 - 5:30 PM	Arrive and Check in - visit the vendor tables
5:30 - 6:30 PM	Food, social, visit the vendor tables
6:30 - 8:30 PM	Chris Gilpin - Life Science EM
	Volkan Ortalan - High Speed Dynamic TEM
	Aaron Taylor - Confocal Microscopy
	TBD - Dual Beam Lift-out / EFTEM

Directions from Chicago, Fort Wayne, Indianapolis, Bloomington and South Bend:

• Exit I-65 at Exit 172 (SR 62) and proceed west (toward Lafayette) on South Street (SR 62).
• Proceed four miles to West Lafayette.
• When you cross the Wabash River, you are in West Lafayette and South Street becomes State Street
• Continue on State Street to Airport Rd (just past the Dairy Queen on the right)
• Turn left (south) onto Airport Rd.
• Continue past Squirrel Park (on the left) to Nimitz Dr and turn left onto Nimitz
• Turn left onto Marshall Drive and enter the parking area

2014 Dues

I have received VERY FEW dues payments for  2014.  Your 2014 dues are due. If you joined at the Fall meeting, you are paid up for 2014.  The dues are $10.  You may use PayPal on the INMS web page or send a check payable to INMS to:
